READY TO SHIP ITEMS
We are happy to exchange an item or offer a credit to our online shop if you contact us AND return the item in the post within 7 days of receiving your order. If you are outside of this time frame we will not accept the returned items. Please wait for a reply and return shipping address before shipping back your order. Returned items must be sent with a tracking number.
All items must be returned in original condition, in original undamaged packaging, without signs of being worn.
Store Credits are valid for 6 months. If you need an extension please contact us before the expiry.
Due to the one of a kind & hand made nature of all of our jewels, all returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Postage costs will not be credited, and the customer is responsible for the additional postage costs of new/exchanged items.
We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made, unless items arrive damaged or faulty. If this is the case please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase. If you'd like any additional information before purchasing, please don't hesitate to contact us.
If your jewels are in need of a repair, we may be able to repair in studio so please contact us with photos to discuss details.
Please choose carefully as I do not offer exchange/credit or refund on custom orders. Cancellation of your custom can only occur before any payments have been made. No stone or custom order slot is considered sold until payment has been made.
Please allow 4-8 weeks for custom orders to be completed.

If you are using a payment plan via PayPal please note ALL deposits & payments are non refundable and transferable. If you choose to cancel your order at any time you will lose all payments. No changes can be made to the stone selection and the design once the deposit has been paid.
